Cape Coral is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cape Coral follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I wish I could give negative stars for multiple reasons. For some of the reasons Listed in then reviews already. First of all the owner Greg was very rude. He made me have to pay in Cash $850 instead of being able to use my cc and strapped me for all my cash I had. He mis charged me from the standard fees on multiple charges. He wouldn’t let me get my car over the weekend when it says he should have them he charged me for the days it was there over the weekend. He charged me 4X the amount of miles then it was. The list goes on and on please do yourself a favor and avoid using this company for any of your needs in the future.

First bad experience: About 4 years ago my wife had an accident and he wouldn’t let her go get important paper work out of the car so we can take the car out of his lot. Now on 1/23/23: Sister had an accident and her car came to this shop. Owner Won’t disclose info about where her car. He was so rude and unprofessional he made my sister start crying, still did not care continued to be a unprofessional business owner and proceeded to tell her he doesn’t care he doesn’t have to disclose where her car is. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY EVER AGAIN!! I hope you guys read this warning before doing any business with this company. Thank you have a blessed day.

Auto Specialties Towing service is incredibly professional and high quality. The manager and owner of this company helped me out in ways I could have never dreamed of. When I crashed my Mustang, he quickly arrived with a tow truck and cleaned everything up, helping me relax and get everything I needed. He took the extra time out of His day to educate me on things that most people wouldn’t know, especially at my age, and help prepare me for the insurance and legal aspects of my accident; as well as the condition and issues of my car post-collision. He even lifted my fees for the cleanup and servicing and gave me a chance to recover seeing that I was in an unfortunate position: something you rarely see out of humanity in companies anymore. I would have never had it any other way as it worked out, and I would strongly encourage anybody to the moon and back to look to this company for their needs.
